By accessing and using DisciplinePay ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
DisciplinePay is a savings application designed to help users lock funds for predetermined periods to discourage impulsive spending. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Vault data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure.
Once funds are locked in a vault, they cannot be withdrawn until the exact expiration time. No exceptions will be made for early withdrawals under any circumstances.
All deposits are processed through Stripe Checkout. Withdrawals are sent to your linked bank account via Stripe Connect. A strict name-matching fraud check is performed on every withdrawal. If the name on your profile does not match the name on your linked bank account, the withdrawal will be frozen and flagged for manual review.
Standard deposits via Credit/Debit Card have no additional fees. Apple Pay transactions incur a USD 2.49 convenience fee. All fees are clearly displayed before confirming a transaction.
DisciplinePay offers a rewards program that incentivizes consistent saving behavior. Rewards include completion bonuses, streak bonuses, tier upgrades, and badges. Reward balances and terms may be adjusted at any time.
Your Master Key never leaves your browser. Vault and profile data is stored securely on Netlify's infrastructure. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
DisciplinePay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
